ABOUT LEAH

Leah Erickson is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations find success.  As a certified coach, she helps clients focus in on their talents and discover a path that suits their individual abilities.  As a professional business consultant, she coaches individuals in leadership development and helps organizations train and develop their workforce to achieve organizational goals.

Leah received her coaching certification through the prestigious Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, California.  She has served as an educator, facilitator, and consultant for both private and non-profit organizations.

Leah has a B.A. in Business and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership.  Her background includes college level teaching, organizational development, facilitating, leadership development, and human resource consulting.  Leah's certifications include Myers-Briggs, True colors, 360 BY DESIGN from the Center for Creative Leadership and Clifton's Strengths Finder.  She is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
