With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across diverse industries—including private, public, and non-profit sectors—I have honed a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the human element at the core of business success. I earned my coaching certification from the esteemed Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, California, and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, I have been fortunate to serve as an educator, facilitator, consultant, and coach throughout my career, continually refining my ability to drive meaningful transformation in others.
